- TASTING NOTE: Pearly pink with plenty of small bubbles. On the nose, it smells like springtime with floral notes that perfectly match a soft cherry flavor. On the palate is has a citrus profile and is full-bodied, a perfect combination between softness and low tannins.

TASTING NOTE: An expressive, perfumed nose featuring aromas of fresh red and black fruits, along with warm notes of red peppers, nutmeg, tobacco, and coffee. The palate is balanced with crisp, juicy fruit. The tannins are perfectly rounded and lend structure and volume to the wine’s long finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Highly recommended with stir-fried beef, pork chops, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, and lamb chops with Cabernet-mushroom sauce.
