TASTING NOTE: Intense floral and fruity aromas with hints of banana, tropical fruits, and white peach. This is a delicious Falanghina, pleasantly fresh, crisp, and light-bodied.

FOOD PAIRING: Pairs perfectly with fish dishes, such as prawns and spaghetti or gnocchi with mussels and clams. It combines very well with fresh pasta and tomato sauces or vegetable soup. For the Thanksgiving table, it’s great with pasta salads, raw veggies, and has enough structure to stand up to turkey breast as well as other white meats.

FOOD PAIRING: Doing a charcuterie board? This’ll be perfect. If you’re putting out a plate of Italian cured meats and array of cheeses, this wine is a no-brainer. Its sparkling dryness is deceptively  delicious with gamey meats such as turkey, and it also is perfect with pasta dishes such as tortellini or lasagna.
