Well, I\u2019m on the case and I want to know what Tapioca is, how we can eat it, and what kinds of wines pair well with tapioca recipes. First, tapioca is gluten free (what a personal relief!) because it is a pure starch extracted from the root of the cassava plant. While you might know it from popular pudding and dessert recipes, this gluten free starch, is typically dried to make tapioca flakes or flour which can be used to make all sorts of gluten free alternatives to bread, pizza crust, and chips. While it\u2019s commonly combined with other flours to make flatbreads, providing a perfect surface for the bottom of a gluten free pizza. If you\u2019re gluten free, or suspect you might be gluten sensitive, grab a tapioca-based flatbread or wrap from a local, trendy grocery store! The great thing about this ingredient is it\u2019s got an easily adapted flavor profile, so you can decorate your GF pizza however your heart desires. Pizza and wine? It\u2019s not revolutionary but might I recommend Louis Jadot Aurum Pinot Noir, a stainless-steel fermented pinot noir that will have bright enough flavors to match your selected tapioca pizza toppings! \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
