\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAlsace, France is famous for its crazy-quilt soils, a diversity made from geologic movement and formations taking place over eons. This means producers can grow one grape in a plot and move to the next patch for totally different results, even if it\u2019s just a stone\u2019s throw away. Domaine Zind-Humbrecht is renowned for its diverse expressions of Alsace terroir, and their Roche, or \u201crock,\u201d labels showcase distinct soils. Roche Calcaire = Limestone Rock, from the foothills of the Vosges Mountain range.
