\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhat comes to mind with the word \u201cCava?\u201d A wine bar in Barcelona, a glass of sparkling wine on white sands in Majorca, or just a bottle of bubbly you\u2019d be equally happy to drink for a celebration or any night of the week? Whatever it is, I invite you to open a bottle of this Spanish sparkling wine\u2014made strictly with the Metodo Tradicional (how Champagne is made!) and traditionally from native Spanish grapes (though not exclusively; Chardonnay and Pinot Noir can go in it)\u2014and make another memory.
