\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhether you call it chicken piccata or lemon chicken, it is one of my go-to tasty and quick any-night dinners! Lemons and chicken are both low-cost and readily available ingredients and perfect with a side of pasta, basmati rice (as is the case in my kitchen), or a side of steamed zucchini if you are avoiding carbs. \r\n\r\nOne main ingredient I will never substitute out of my recipe, however, is the wine! Pighin, Pinot Grigio from Friuli, Italy, pairs amazingly well with this dish. The wine has a nice medium body, high acidity, fantastic minerality, and stands up to the velvety lemon-butter sauce with grace. \r\n\r\nSo go online and hunt yourselves an easy recipe, and improvise with the ingredients you have in your pantry. I recently used the Bare Foot Contessa recipe; however, you can skip the bread crumbs and egg and dust your chicken in flour before sauteing it is just as good. I like that she uses the juice of two lemons because I prefer my sauce citrusy. \r\nJust make sure to pour yourself a glass of wine before you start cooking tonight and save a half a glass for the chicken \u2013 Cheers!\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
