\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSome nights after dinner, I feel like treating myself to a small but mighty glass of something delicious while I read or watch a show. My tastes fall towards either bitter or sweet, but whichever direction, it\u2019s got to be intense\u2014I think this has to do with one\u2019s palate becoming saturated with flavors over the course of the day, so that stronger tastes better by the evening. If I\u2019m in the mood for bitter, I pour amaro. If it\u2019s sweet I\u2019m looking for, I head directly to the Port wine. And I always have a bottle of Fonseca Bin 27 on hand. Fruity and juicy, with notes of black cherry, blackberry, and spices, a small glass is perfect alongside cake or biscotti, and even perfect as dessert in and of itself.
