A. Cava translates to \u201cwine cellar,\u201d where this Spanish sparkling wine is stored in pupitres (A-frame racks used for riddling sparkling wines).<\/p>\n

The other answers are wrong because…<\/em><\/p>\n

It does, of course, have an equivalent in English!<\/p>\n

In Spanish, “cave” is cueva.<\/em><\/p>\n

We’re not perfect, but we didn’t misspell “lava;” Cava is a delicious, traditional method sparkling wine (like Champagne) that we wood never misspell!<\/p>\n

And the popular CAVA chain has small cups, but they don’t even serve Cava! Misleading, right?<\/p>\n
