1. Combine the Tavel Ros\u00e9, sugar, and frozen strawberries into a blender and blend until combined. Add ice until you\u2019ve reached your desired consistency.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/b>:<\/p>\n

\u2022 1 cup water<\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00bd cup sugar<\/p>\n

\u2022 1 tbsp agar agar (vegetarian gelatin)<\/p>\n

\u2022 1 cup pureed blueberries\/strawberries<\/p>\n

\u2022 1 cup sliced blueberries\/strawberries<\/p>\n

\u2022 1 \u00bd cup of room-temperature Medici Ermete Phermento Lambrusco<\/p>\n

\u2022 Popsicle mold and sticks<\/p>\n

Method:<\/b><\/p>\n

1. On the stove, dissolve sugar and agar agar into water. Bring the water mixture to a boil and let it simmer at a low boil for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. <\/span>While the water is boiling, add 3-4 blueberries and 2-3 sliced strawberries into each popsicle mold.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. <\/span>Add the wine and pureed fruit to the water mixture and stir to combine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note: agar agar sets as it cools, so make sure the wine and pureed fruit are room temperature or slightly warm before adding.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

4. <\/span>Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Popsicles
freeze best when the mold is filled about \u00be of the way, leaving about 1 cm at the top of each mold. Push the popsicle sticks all the way to the bottom of the mold. Freeze overnight.<\/span><\/p>\n

 5. Enjoy this treat on its own or serve over a glass of Phermento. Makes 12 popsicles.<\/span><\/div>\n
