While not all of us are lucky enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the city\u00a0 – we\u2019ve put together a list of Coastal Italian wines to enjoy whether you\u2019re summering off the coast of Italy or on the roof of your city apartment.<\/p>

Sardinia and Sicily are two of Italy\u2019s best hidden wine-region gems. Sicilian wines are typically acidic, refreshing, and have a lighter body. The high elevation coming from Mount Etna provides the perfect growing conditions to produce fresh and juicy wines. Sardinian wines are impacted heavily by the islands\u2019 terroir \u2013 wines are complex in character and have a healthy dose of minerality and salinity.\u00a0<\/p>
