While there are a number of unique derivations, a typical pierogi is comprised of dough wrapped dumpling-style with a filling (usually meat or potatoes) on the inside. It just so happens that pierogis pair particularly well with white wine – that’s where the Louis Jadot Chardonnay comes in.
