If you’re from my generation, your first exposure to the Norwegian explorer was probably his brief mention on Spongebob Squarepants (Hinga dinga durgen!). For the rest of you, Leif most likely appeared in your early history textbooks, as he is thought to have led the first European travelers to North America. If you’re in the mood to relax and brush up on your Nordic history, the Tenuta San Guido 2018 Guidalberto is the wine for you. This Super-Tuscan goes well with mutton…er, beef and evokes aromas of dried flowers.
