November 5th is National Hot Sauce day, but for those of us with higher Scoville threshold, that is every day, several meals a day. Having been born and raised in the flavor desert of Bulgarian cooking, I discovered the wonderful world of spices when I moved to New York City in the 90\u2019s. I fell in love with the exotic spices and layered flavors of the city\u2019s Indian, Mexican, Thai, and Szechuan cuisine.\r\nMy go-to hot stuff is Kill Sauce by Habanero Cartel, which I discovered on a trip to LA. I loved it so much that I had to order online as soon as I got back home. I am pairing my mildly spiced, crispy baked wings and mommy potatoes with a delicious, crisp Riesling from one of the top Alsatian producers, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht. This wine is perfection on its own, but in this case helps to make cooking more fun and cools and cleanses the palate between every scrumptious bite.\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
