Inspiration hit me as I was listening to the Inside Wine Podcast. Ray Isle, HIMSELF, told me to drink my cellar. So tonight, I\u2019m going to pick a stellar wine from the wooden box hidden in my dark apartment closet (aka my cellar). From the box, I\u2019ll grab Tenuta Sette Ponti Oreno Toscana IGT 2018. A reasonable person would cellar this wine (properly), letting it age into its true potential. However, I\u2019m not a reasonable person\u2026 and I\u2019ve aged enough this year for the both of us.
