\u201cThere are many different kinds of sparkling wine available, from Cava to Prosecco,\u201d says Pabros, \u201cyet, I always advise customers to go with the bubbly classic on New Year\u2019s: Champagne<\/strong>. What better way to start the year on a good note than by treating yourself to something special and iconic?\u201d<\/p>\n

To be considered Champagne, it must hail from the Champagne region in France, using a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, or Pinot Meunier varieties, and undergo strict winemaking restrictions, such as minimal years of aging.
