Ingredients<\/h2>\n

  • 2 cups oil, or as needed<\/li>\n
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil<\/li>\n
  • 1\/4 cup butter, melted<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 tablespoon lemon pepper<\/li>\n
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice<\/li>\n

    • Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F.<\/li>\n
    • Stir lemon pepper and lemon juice into 1\/4 cup melted butter; set aside.<\/li>\n
    • Fry the chicken wings in hot oil until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 8 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F.<\/li>\n
