Remi recently took the reins as CEO and winemaker after the winery\u2019s former CEO and head winemaker, Eileen Crane, stepped down in 2020. And, the Napa Valley winery was founded by Taittinger, a Champagne house today run by CEO Vitalie Taittinger. Raise a glass to women in sparkling wine! Domaine Carneros Brut has fine bubbles with aromas of white flowers, apple, pear, and vanilla. I sipped a glass of this bubbly alongside \u201cSomething I\u2019ve Been Meaning to Tell You,\u201d a collection of 13 short stories by Alice Munroe, winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2013.
