\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPeople who read a lot are called \u201cvoracious readers,\u201d and sometimes it feels like I\u2019m eating hungrily through book after book, digesting stories and satisfying my hunger for a good read. Kate Young brings the consumption of literature closer to reality in \u201cThe Little Library Cookbook:\u201d she picked out dishes, dinners, snacks, and cakes from 100 classic books and developed recipes for each one. Today being National Raspberry Tart Day, I found just the recipe in her book, baked it, and paired it with Bouvet-Ladubay Excellence Ros\u00e9. The raspberry tart comes from the Queen of Hearts in \u201cAlice in Wonderland,\u201d and I think the queen would have loved the Bouvet Ros\u00e9, or at the very least spared my head. The bubbles worked perfectly with the custard raspberry tart, which was not very sweet and went well with the ros\u00e9\u2019s dosage of 13 gr\/l of sugar; and the notes of fresh red fruits were the perfect match with the raspberries.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
