Roasted lamb envokes fond memories of preparing to celebrate Easter with family in Bulgaria, laughter throughout our home, and a sneaky fourteen-year-old me stealing a sip of wine from my grandpa\u2019s glass. I am now all grown up, and thankfully, to the profession I have chosen, I have access to some of the world\u2019s premier fine wines and no longer need to sneak a sip!
