How to Make an Apple Cider Mimosa

3 oz Apple Cider (fresh or store-bought, preferably unfiltered) 

1 oz Orange Juice

4 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine (chilled) 

Apple Slice or Cinnamon Stick (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Add the orange juice: Pour 1 oz of orange juice into the glass to give a touch of citrusy sweetness that complements the apple cider.
  3. Top with champagne: Slowly top the drink with 4 oz of chilled champagne or sparkling wine. Pour gently over the back of a spoon to preserve the bubbles and ensure a smooth mix.
