ingredients
2 oz Aperol
3 oz Prosecco, Cava, or Sparkling Wine
2 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Club Soda or Sparkling Water
Garnish with Cranberries & Rosemary
Instructions
1. Prepare the Glass: Fill a large wine glass or rocks glass with ice, about halfway full.
2. Add Aperol and Cranberry Juice: Pour in 2 oz of Aperol and 2 oz of cranberry juice over the ice.
3. Top with Bubbly: Slowly pour in 3 oz of Prosecco, Cava, or any sparkling wine
4. Add a Splash of Soda Water: Top the drink with 1 oz of club soda or sparkling water
5. Garnish & Serve: Add a few fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary for a festive touch
