The Seeker Rosé

I keep reading about how turkey pairs perfectly with rosé. Thanksgiving is nearly upon us, but I’m already planning ahead for leftovers: picture a hike in late fall, provisioned with a turkey sandwich smeared with mayo and a layer of mashed potatoes, plus a bottle of The Seeker Rosé. Hey, we all have to start walking off that Thanksgiving feast somewhere.

70% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 5% Cinsault

Tasting Notes

Brilliant light pink color. Intense scents of raspberries, strawberries and redcurrants with hints of grapefruit and a bright, floral finish. Fresh and lively on the palate with complex red berry and citrus flavors and a lovely, fruity, rounded finish.

Food Match

This sophisticated wine is ideal with shellfish, salads, and berry-based dishes or as an aperitif between friends on a warm summer evening.
