Poema Cava Dulce

In the spirit of the holidays and national maple syrup day (today) … let’s follow Buddy the Elf’s advice and stick to a sugar filled diet. In the case of today, I’m suggesting Poema Cava Dulce. Sweet sparkling wine can be a thought that shutters many wine drinkers. This Cava however is a delightful refreshment and is the perfect afternoon aperitif, or evening treat. During the holidays, a little sugar is good for you, so drink up.

35% Macabeo, 35% Xarel-lo, 30% Parellada

Tasting Notes

Pale gold in color. Peach and dried fruits with a clean and sweetly balanced finish. A perfect combination of sweetness and delicate fizz.

Food Match

Pair with any creamy or chocolate dessert, or enjoy as a refreshing aperitif.
