Day #[wpdts-day-of-year start=”post-created”] of the year.

AIX Rosé

I’ve recently been enjoying short story collections by authors who can say a lot in a little: like Amy Hempel’s “Sing to It.” Some of her stories are only a paragraph or two, and in this heat, which somehow shortens my attention span, that’s perfect. They are thoughtful and poignant but very easy to read with plenty of good stopping points to take a break and sip on a glass of ultra-refreshing rosé from Provence. The same way her short stories are great for summer reading, AIX Rosé is the quintessential summer wine. It’s the classic pale salmon pink that Provence wines are famous for, and reminds me of summery fruit on the nose—watermelon and strawberry.

Tasting Notes

A fragrant and well-balanced wine, AIX's hypnotizing salmon pink color reveals a fruity freshness. The nose is delightfully fragrant with delicate balance and crisp acidity. Enjoy the notes of soft, ripe summer fruits particularly watermelon and strawberries.
