Louis Jadot Macon-Villages

On Mondays, I like to visit my old friend Louis Jadot for a classic taste of Macon-Village. The 2018 is a perfected un-oaked showcase of Chardonnay which is as delightful as it is comforting. It’s always good to have a few of these boys around, that way you can see Louis whenever you want!

Tasting Notes

The wine shows floral, apple and citrus aromas and flavors, with mineral notes; a classic expression of Chardonnay from this appellation.

Food Match

Poultry, shellfish, grilled firm-fleshed fish such as swordfish, and salads.
