As the week begins to wrap up, I tend to start to craving something inky and full bodied. Tonight, Bodega Norton Malbec Reserva 2017 will be how I get my fix. Sometimes it’s only right to treat yourself to a rare filet and a glass of this inky delight. Obviously, I won’t be cooking the filet, but you can bet I’m a master bottle opener.

Roasted pork, roast turkey, leaner cuts of beef (sirloin, hanger steak, skirt steak, filet mignon), chorizo, and bold-flavored cheese
