AIX Rose

AIX (pronounced “ex,” as in the one you’re no longer with) Rose from Provence is the perfect summer Saturday wine. Scratch that, it’s the perfect anytime wine. Seriously, I’ve been hooked on this wine since I discovered it this past April. Fair warning, the AIX obsession is contagious. Anyone who tries it makes it their summer go-to.

Tasting Notes

AIX's hypnotizing salmon pink color reveals a fruity freshness. The nose is delightfully fragrant with delicate balance and crisp acidity. Enjoy notes of soft, ripe summer fruits -- particularly watermelon and strawberries.

Salad, grilled fish, poultry and Asian foods, especially sushi and curry dishes.
