Light, lively, and seriously delicious, Lambrusco is a slightly sparkling red or rosé wine from Italy made from Lambrusco grapes. Known for its juicy fruit flavors, refreshing acidity, and incredible versatility, it is a wine that is just as fun as it is easy to drink. Whether you already love Lambrusco or are looking to try something new, a Lambrusco Spritz is the perfect cocktail to add to your spring and summer rotation.

  • 0.5 oz Lucano Amaro
  • 2oz Medici Ermete Lambrusco Quericioli Secco

What is the Medici Ermete Lambrusco Quericioli Secco?

  • A dry, sparkling red wine that is fruity with fresh, pleasantly harmonious flavors and a lively effervescence
  • Bright ruby red in color, the wine has a distinct violet scent
  • Sourced primarily from the estate’s organically farmed ‘Quercioli’ vineyard outside of the city of Reggio Emilia in Italy’s Emilia Romagna region
  • A blend of 50% Marani and 50% Salamino, this wine captures best of both grapes.
  • The intense aromatics and structure of Salamino are blended with the fresh acidity of Marani, making these wines perfectly balanced.
