Day #[wpdts-day-of-year start=”post-created”] of the year.

Louis Jadot Cote d’or Burgundies Puligny-Montrachet

While I don’t expect everyone to ball out on Burgundies every day of the week (maybe in the next life) they should be enjoyed as often as possible. Friday is always a good excuse, right? Un-cork Louis Jadot Puligny-Montrachet for pure Chardonnay filled bliss. Whether you are catching up with friends for a holiday dinner or eating for one, drink something good. If not for me, do it for yourself. In case you didn’t hear it enough this week, you’re worth it.

ORIGIN

Burgundy, France

Grapes

Chardonnay

Jadot Puligny Montrachet

Tasting Notes

Distinctive, concentrated fresh fruit and vanilla aromas carry on to the palate and culminate in a persistent, lingering finish. Puligny produces wines with greater firmness and depth than those of Meursault, and greater refinement and delicacy than those of Chassagne.

Created by potrace 1.16, written by Peter Selinger 2001-2019

Food Match

Ideal with grilled fish, scallops in cream sauce
