Poema Cava Brut Rose

Today is a beautiful day. Tomorrow is a holiday and therefore there are no Monday Scaries in sight. To celebrate this glorious Sunday (Funday?), I’m going to open a bottle of Poema Cava Brut Rose. The Rose is made with the rare Trepat grape in Spain. I figure that drinking a rare varietal wine on a rare (and far too infrequent) long weekend is the perfect way to enjoy this Sunday!

Aromas and flavors typical of Trepat, with fresh and elegant notes of strawberry, raspberry and rose petals. Balanced acidity keeps the wine light and fresh.
