Port of Margarita

National Margarita day is on a Monday in 2021 and that seems fitting. Get creative with your cocktails and try a Port of Margarita from Elle Talk. I’m obsessed with this cocktail because it makes a Monday feel like a Saturday night, this cocktail is absolutely charming. The cocktail starts as a regular margarita but is topped with a ruby port floater. My port of choice is Fonseca classic vintage port, picking a quality ruby port to top this drink off will offer the purest fruit expression. Happy Monday everyone and yes, I’ll take a double.

• 2 ounces Silver Tequila • 1.5 ounces Lime Juice • 0.5 ounces Orange Juice • 0.25 ounces Agave or Honey • 1 ounce Ruby Port

Food Match
