St. Francis Winery Sonoma County Chardonnay

One of my favorite appetizers to make for my monthly girl’s night is ooey, gooey, cheesy, warm crab dip! (I make a spicy version too!) This delightful app filled with rich crab, mayo, and cream cheese calls for a crisp, medium to full-bodied oaked Chardonnay like the St. Francis Winery and Vineyards, located in Sonoma County. The pear and fuji apple notes with lemon zest notes will complement the salty, creamy flavours of the dip.
