Ingredients

1 bottle of white wine (a dry option like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio works well) 

1/2 cup elderflower liqueur (e.g., St-Germain) 

1 cup sparkling water or club soda (for fizz) 

1 green apple, thinly sliced 

1 cup white cranberries (fresh or frozen) 

1 orange, thinly sliced (optional for added citrus) 

2–3 sprigs of rosemary (plus extra for garnish) 

Ice 

Instructions

1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and elderflower liqueur. 

2. Add the green apple slices, white cranberries, orange slices (if using), and rosemary sprigs to the pitcher. Stir gently. 

3. Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. 

4. Just before serving, add ice to the pitcher and top with sparkling water or club soda for a refreshing fizz.
