What Our Team Is Drinking This Holiday Season

In New York, the first snow flurry has officially arrived, and the holiday season feels alive with magic. With a calendar full of festive parties and family gatherings, bringing a great bottle of wine is essential. We are constantly tasting the latest vintages and most exciting wines, so our favorites are always evolving. With so many exceptional options to choose from, the wines we bring to holiday celebrations say a lot. Take a look at what our team is bringing to their holiday gatherings this year.

Champagne Taittinger Brut la Française

Lauren James

I plan on celebrating Christmas this year with Champagne Taittinger Brut la Française because this holiday deserves something truly exceptional. I don’t just open any bottle of bubbly on Christmas, I always reach for a luxury champagne that pairs perfectly with holiday dishes, from appetizers to dessert. Champagne feels especially fitting for the season because of its celebratory sparkle, elegant aromas, and crisp freshness. It’s time to splurge a little on yourself this holiday season!

Jaboulet Parallèle 45 Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge & Blanc

Anna Brenny

The holiday season is in full swing, and the holiday parties are never ending (not complaining!). The holidays mean lots of quality time with family and friends, but it also means it is time to grab the wine! This holiday season my go-to is the Jaboulet Parallele 45 duo. A French red and white that won’t break the bank and are delicious? Yes, please! The Parallèle 45 Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge is a red blend with Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvèdre grapes. It is a beautiful, medium-bodied, fruit-forward wine with notes of strawberry, red currant, peony, and dried roses. It is also fabulous to add to a Mulled Wine! If I want to opt for a white, I will grab the Parallèle 45 Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc. This is a fruity white wine made with a blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, and Marsanne grapes. It has notes of acacia and white peach with lots of delicious minerality. A perfect duo perfect for any holiday occasion!

Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages

Hailey Giordano

This Holiday, I’m drinking Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages because it delivers incredible quality at an unbeatable value. It’s bright, juicy, and refreshing- especially when served with a slight chill. It’s the kind of crowd-pleasing red that feels right for any holiday occasions. It’s a perfect gift for everyone on your list without breaking the bank.

Résonance Pinot Noir

Chloe York

This Holiday season, I’ve been reaching for Résonance Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. It’s smooth, easy to drink, and has that classic Oregon mix of bright red fruit and earthy, forest-y warmth that feels made for cold nights. It’s the kind of wine you pour when you’re settling in after a long day, cooking something cozy, or just wanting a glass that makes the whole evening feel softer. Nothing fancy or fussy, just a delicious Pinot that perfectly embodies the Holiday spirit.

Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc

Allison Hilborn

This holiday season, I will be drinking Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc. The bright, refreshing taste is perfect for the wide range of festive meals that will be served at gatherings. From seafood to charcuterie, this wine pairs well with everything and really cleanses the palate, allowing me to mix and match different food genres. The vibrant notes of citrus and fresh herbs add a crisp lift that complements the warmth of the season. At the next holiday gathering you attend, make sure to bring Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc; everyone will love it.

Chateau des Jacques Moulin à Vent

Mackenzie Lesher

There’s nothing better than a cozy glass of red wine when it’s cold and snowy out – that’s why I am reaching for Chateau des Jacques Moulin a Vent this winter. This wine is a family favorite in my house because not only is it a light and easy to drink red, but it also pairs flawlessly with any holiday dish. From ham at Christmas dinner to a casual cheese plate while watching Hallmark movies with my mom, this wine can do it all.

No matter which wine you choose, you truly can’t go wrong! Pour up your favorite glass and enjoy. Happy Holidays!
