Ingredients

3 oz White Wine (such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc) 

2 oz Pear Nectar or Pear Juice 

1 oz Sparkling Water or Club Soda 

1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon (or a cinnamon stick for garnish) 

Ice 

Fresh Pear Slices (for garnish) 

Optional: A splash of elderflower liqueur for extra depth (e.g., St-Germain)
