Poema Pura is a collection of the traditional Penedès grape varieties. The Xarel·lo gives it body and structure; the Macabeu finesse and freshness; and the Parellada, elegance. The vines are grown following the organic wine-growing guidelines established by the Catalan Council of the Organic Production (CCPAE).Fresh and full on the palate. Well balanced, with flavors of acacia blossoms, citrus and red apples, and secondary notes from the bottle ageing.
