Jacques Dumont Val de Loire Sauvignon Blanc IGP 2022

Jacques Dumont Sauvignon Blanc is farmed sustainably, from grower partners in Saumur, Touraine, and Pays Nantais. Nantes, with its sandy soil, imparts round and rich flavors, while the calcareous Touraine and Saumur in the upper Loire give the wine its signature mineral and bright citrus and exotic fruit notes. The average age of the vines is 35 years. Fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks between 59 & 64.4 degrees F, with some bâtonnage to add complexity and body.Round and lush, followed by bracing citrus and exotic fruit flavors and the signature minerality of Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc.
