Sip of the Day

If anyone knows me, they know that I love blueberries! In honor of National Blueberry Pancake Day, I plan to whip up a batch of Blueberry Lemon Ricotta pancakes and open a bottle of the Caposaldo Moscato. This pairing is a delight with the blueberry and lemon flavors bringing out the fruit flavors in the wine. The ricotta adds richness while the crisp acidity in the wine will cleanse your palate with each bite. You may think that Moscato wine is too sweet but it is a delicious match for the maple syrup topping. Bon appetit!
