Day #[wpdts-day-of-year start=”post-created”] of the year.
Alta Vista Estate Malbec
If you know me well, you know I’m half Argentinian and my favorite animal is the Pig. On National Pig day, you know I’m going to celebrate my favorite oily four-legged creature the only way my father taught me… Grilled ribs. Ok, its winter and I live in Manhattan, so I’ll be baking my ribs… but they’ll still be second to none! My slow baked ribs will take me 3 hours to slow bake in the oven and I’ll be opening a bottle of the Alta Vista Estate Malbec to pass the time. Malbec and Pork? I know it’s not revolutionary. But there’s a reason it’s an iconic combination. From this Argentinian piggy to you, eat up and enjoy!
