This wine features an alluring pink color with salmon hues. The nose is young and fresh with aromas of wild apple, mandarin oranges, and roses. The palate is refreshingly balanced by the wine's firm acidity.
Excellent match with varied dishes, from fatty fish, such as salmon, to pasta or rice with vegetables. It is also perfect with cold cuts and cured meat. Great companion for summer dishes such as salad, ceviche or sushi.
