Bordeaux-ing on Delicious

A “Bordeaux blend” refers to a red wine with powerful structure and deep, dark fruit flavors. While the term comes from the OG French Bordeaux wines, it is now internationally recognized as an informal way to categorize reds made in this style primarily from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, with smaller portions of Malbec and Petit Verdot (and very occasionally, Carménère).
