				Day #263 of the year.
Caposaldo Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC
I like my Pinot Grigios with a healthy dose of sunshine. This Saturday you’ll find me at the beach because summer is still alive and well! I’m opening a bottle of this delightful Italian white, floating on salt air and ocean mist. I may not be on the coast of Italy but Caposaldo’s Pinot Grigio makes the Jersey shore feel like Capri. Note, this wine does not come with a handsome Italian lover.
				ORIGIN
Delle Venezie, Italy
Grapes
Pinot Grigio

															Tasting Notes
Caposaldo Pinot Grigio features a dry, crisp, vibrant texture with medium body and delicate aromas of apples and peaches further enhanced by acacia blossoms and almonds on the palate and a clean, crisp, vibrant structure.
Food Match
Pairs well with poultry and light pork, fish and seafood, pasta dishes including the classic basil pesto, and delicate cheeses.
