I believe occasionally, we should all splurge on a killer bottle, just to make ourselves feel special without any particular occasion. Need a recommendation? Louis Jadot Chassagne-Montrachet is a stunning example of fine white burgundy that will cost you around $84.99 depending on the retailer. Every 4 months or so I buy a stellar bottle like this one and treat myself for no other reason than life is short. Maybe we’ll never be millionaires, but we can live life drinking some fabulous wine… and for some of us this kind of liquid gold is enough.
