Louis Jadot Mâcon Villages
Louis Jadot Mâcon Villages has become one of my go-to white wines. It’s a very refreshing, unoaked Chardonnay from Burgundy that has seen me through all variety of weeknight meals, from a creamy tahini potato salad to shrimp, black bean, and kimchi tacos. Its light, bright flavors of apple and lemon are so easy to match—and delicious to sip before the meal, too!
