Pale gold with amber tints, crystal-clear fine bubbles. Full-bodied with long lasting aromas of white flowers, peach, acacia, honey, hazelnut. Balanced and Fresh style.
LOUIS JADOT CHABLIS PREMIER CRU
Aromas of musk, damp earth, white flowers and melon are followed by a supple texture lifted with subtle acidity. Over the course of the long finish one senses hints of grapefruit and citrus skin which linger on the palate.
MICHELE CHIARLO LE MADRI ROERO ARNEIS
Intense straw yellow with brilliant green hues, this white wine presents notes of peach, tropical fruits, and acacia flower with an enjoyable savory finish.
CHATEAU D’AQUERIA TAVEL ROSE
The intense pink color is characteristic of a great Tavel and shines with bright red glints. Aromas of raspberry and strawberry share the glass with peppery notes. The wine is balanced and flavorful, and the finish is long with caramel notes. It is a gastronomic rosé that pairs with every part of the meal from aperitif through dessert.
Appearance: Intense ruby colour with shiny hints.
Nose: Complex and elegant with spicy, fruity notes (raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate).
Mouth: Elegant and firm structure with expressive fruit and spice. Long finish with remarkable freshness bringing a lovely balance to the wine.

This wine adds value and flexibility by blending across multiple premier cru sources to
achieve a wine that exemplifies a comprehensive Chablis character. Sensitive vinification allows the purity of Chablis terroir to shine.
MICHELE CHIARLO LE MADRI ROERO ARNEIS
Hand-harvested and unoaked to showcase the varietal aromas.
CHATEAU D’AQUERIA TAVEL ROSE
The grapes are meticulously destemmed and cooled before vatting. Then they are blended in pairs during 12-24 hours maceration to enhance the aromatic complexity. Once the perfect colour is obtained, the vat is bled and the pomace undergoes a slow pressing before being incorporated with the free-run juice. Following that, fermentation takes place in thermoregulated vats for 15 days
