Day #[wpdts-day-of-year start=”post-created”] of the year.

Maison Louis Jadot Pinot Noir, Bourgogne

As we get closer to the holidays, we all seem to get into the spirit and party planning mode, whether you’re hosting Friendsgiving, Thanksgiving, Holiday dinners, or just get-togethers, they come with a variety of foods and dishes. One of my go-wines for dinner parties is Pinot Noir, specifically Louis Jadot Pinot Noir from Burgundy. It is a wine that tastes higher-end than its price point and pairs well with a number of spices, meats, pasta, and more. Cheers!

100% Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes

Purple hue with violet glints. This vintage has intense aromas of red and black fruits (cherries, blackberries). Tannins are well integrated and supported by a vibrant freshness in the finish. It is enjoyable in its youth for its vivid red fruit yet will easily age for 5 years to reveal more subtle floral and spice tones.

Food Match

Enjoy with grilled or red meats, roasts, mild game, soft cheeses like Camembert and Brie.
