Remueur Has It You Have Champagne Problems

In traditional Champagne production methods, there would be a remueur, someone who manually riddles (rotates) the bottles of wine to ensure the sediment slowly cascades towards the neck of the bottle. Remueurs have mostly been replaced with gyropalettes, which are machines that mechanize this process.
