Résonance Vineyard Pinot Noir
While, I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet, I’m all about flexibility in my food choices. As someone of Spanish descent, I grew up eating dinners that were composed of small plates. Our tapas styled dinners are great for flavor lovers but can be challenging to pair with just ONE bottle of wine (as if that’s ever a problem in my house). If you’re a flavor connoisseur, and you had to have one bottle of wine ready for just about anything, I would say new world pinot noirs like Résonance Vineyard Pinot Noir is a staple for your cabinet. This Pinot has medium tannins, red fruit, and a slight minerality that will pair with the most complex and diverse of flavors. Keep this in your wine fridge or cellar, for a constant go to for almost every meal.
ORIGIN
Yamhill-Carlton AVA, Oregon
Grapes
100% Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes
Nice ruby red color, spices well supported by a nice and subtle “boise” with well-structured tannins and minerality. Still very young, the wine exhibits excellent ageing potential, it will only get better with age.
Food Match
Pairs well with grilled or roasted red meats, game, and poultry.
