While Rosé All Day is certainly fun, I think that adding a sparkling rosé cocktail to your rotation is the perfect way to take an afternoon sitting on a terrace to another level! A surprisingly easy yet elevated sipper, my Rosé X Deux (‘deux’ means two in French) uses still rosé as the base and frozen fruit to not only keep the cocktail cold, but it also adds a touch of sweetness. Topping the finished cocktail with sparkling rosé before serving makes it feel like a soirée – I’ve never known bubbles to make anything worse, have you? You could even serve this as a dessert with a scoop of my Summer Berry Ice Cream. Santé!
