Made with crisp rosé wine, a splash of cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and sparkling water or Prosecco, it’s a light and refreshing drink perfect for celebrating the season. Ingredients

1 bottle (750 ml) rosé wine (chilled) 

1 cup cranberry juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened) 

1/2 cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec) 

1/4 cup pomegranate juice (optional, for added depth) 

2 cups sparkling water or Prosecco (chilled) 

1 orange, thinly sliced 

1/2 cup fresh cranberries 

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds 

Rosemary sprigs (for garnish) 

Instructions

1. Combine the ingredients: In a large punch bowl or pitcher, mix the rosé wine, cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and pomegranate juice (if using). Stir gently to combine. 

2. Add the fruit: Add the orange slices, fresh cranberries, and pomegranate seeds to the bowl for flavor and decoration. 

3. Chill: Cover the punch and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together. 

4. Add the sparkle: Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or Prosecco for a bubbly finish.
